Blue Note Jazz Club, founded in 1981 by Danny Bensusan in New York, is a world-renowned live jazz music brand.
In August 2016, Blue Note Jazz Club was inaugurated in Beijing, providing the public with a tasteful, healthy and elegant art space, and this is the largest Blue Note in the world, which is not only a food and wine paradise created by a team of star chefs, but also a paradise for jazz lovers.
The hall has two levels of audience seating, with approximately 240 seats on the first floor, all of which are flexible and removable to accommodate non-standard performance functions. The second floor is set up with seven open viewing stages, all of different sizes. Standing on the stage, the performers seem to be surrounded by the audience both horizontally and vertically.
As a music space that requires a high quality audio system, the Blue Note Beijing hall is equipped with world-class L-Acoustics speakers and DiGiCo consoles. The location of each speaker has been carefully designed so that the sound can be perfectly covered and accurately delivered to the designated area. The excellent sound with the warm and low-profile blue and purple lighting brings the ultimate immersive enjoyment to the music fans, as if they are in the blue sea of music.
On September 13, Blue Note was inaugurated in Hongkou North Bund, Shanghai, with more than three hundred seats and an area of more than 1,700 square meters. This is the tenth branch of jazz pilgrimage Blue Note in the world
