Xi Liang Grand Theatre

Xiliang Grand Theater is located in Wuwei City, Gansu Province, which is a new landmark of local culture and tourism. It is designed as a multi-functional medium-sized theater, the theater has a total construction area of 11924.33 square meters, the main body of the building has four floors, the hall has a total area of 1400 square meters, the height of the floor is 14.6 meters, the overall design style of the hall is simple and elegant, the wall modeling is based on the characteristics of the panels use of different ways of splicing the composition of the lines, patterns, while the lines of the carving of the shape of the Pegasus are also integrated into the local cultural characteristics.

The theater has a total of 870 seats, including 618 stalls on the first floor, 252 seats on the balcony, 126 mobile seats are set up in front of the area, which can be separated from the middle to two sides during the performance, and there are 12 lifting platforms underneath, which can be lifted up to be parallel to the pit, and the performers can interact with each other from the stage to the audience, increasing the sense of experience. The theater is a traditional proscenium stage. The video screen system is equipped with four laser projectors, a water screen above the pit and a fountain system below. There are VIP lounges, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms and other functional rooms in the back of the theater. Not only that, but it's also equipped with a first-class hardware speaker and audio system, L-Acoustics & DiGiCo.

 

Large-scale immersive situational stage play Tian Ma Xing in the theater for resident performances, symphony concerts, forums, and other forms of performances and events can also be held here. On the occasion of the 13th China Tourism Day, Tian Ma Xing was premiered on May 18th at the Xilang Theater as one of the opening activities of the main venue of Gansu Province's promotional activities!
