The total construction area is 42,706 square meters, and the building is 4 floors and 1 floor underground. The Yanbian Workers' Culture and Art Center includes a theater, a concert hall, a sports and fitness area, an art and culture training area, and office area and an underground garage.

The theatre’s performance area of nearly 3,000 square meters, with two levels of audience area, with 1,350 seats, can accommodate 1,500 people at the same time, to meet the requirements of the use of various types of domestic and foreign opera, dance, musicals, Xiqu, drama, etc.
