Jiaxing Culture and Art Center is located in Xiuzhou Industrial Zone, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang. Closed to Xiuzhou Lake, Jiaxing Culture and Art Center has beautiful scenery and superior location. The soft beauty of Xiuzhou Lake echoes the rigid form of South Lake, and the architectural concept integrates local elements such as red boats, arch bridges, water lilies, and Yuanbao Ling, expressing the Jiangnan culture.

Jiaxing Culture and Arts Center layout for "six museums and one hall", "six museums" are Jiaxing Art Museum, Xiuzhou Library, Xiuzhou Culture Museum, Xiuzhou Peasant Painting Art Museum, Xiuzhou Group Art Museum and Xiuzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, "one hall" is the Xiuhu Concert Hall.

Among them, the Xihu Concert Hall can accommodate 800 people. Applied in L-Acoustics and DiGiCo system, it can meet the acoustical requirements of a hall for holding high quality music performances, while taking into account the requirements of a theater for multi-functional use.
