Located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, the Canal Grand Theatre is built within the Canal Central Park and covers an area of over 26,000 square meters. The Canal Grand Theatre adopts a Chinese style and incorporates elements of canal culture.
The Canal Grand Theatre has a 1200-seat opera hall, which can meet the needs of comprehensive repertoire performances such as large-scale singing and dancing dramas, cultural performances, symphony, multimedia dramas, and other large-scale events. There is also a multifunctional hall, which can accommodate 100-300 audience, like drama, experimental plays, etc., can be staged in the theater.
